3.32. Replacement of an element of the air filter of the engine

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out 6 Torx screws (arrows on an illustration) the T25 screw-driver and uncover the air filter (1).

2. Extend slightly up from a support the air filter (2) for the handle (3) and take out on an arrow forward.

3. Wipe the filter case with a pure rag inside.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert the new filtering element into an opening in the case of the air filter and press the handle in a support down.
2. Put a cover of the air filter back and wrap it.


Diesel engine

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

 

1. Turn out 6 screws (1) and (2).

At the 5-cylinder engine turn out 9 screws.

2. Take out sideways a cover (3) of a distributive pipe of the forced air.
