Dismantling
1. Slightly press a finger (3) and take a cylindrical finger (27) by means of flat-nose pliers. |
2. Remove a lock ring (5) and remove the piston (3) together with a secondary epiploon from the case (22).
3. Take the floating piston by means of flat-nose pliers from the case (22). 4. Wipe the case and check the internal surfaces of the case for absence of damage. 5. Wipe all details with new brake fluid. |
Assembly
1. Disconnect the plug (040) from the plug (041). |
2. Take a secondary epiploon and the piston from the plug (041). 3. Fix the case (22) openings down. 4. Grease an opening of the case (22) with brake fluid.
5. Insert the plug (040) into an opening and press the floating piston (20) against the stop by means of the screw-driver. At installation of the piston, be convinced that the directing groove (shooter) is established vertically. |
6. Implant a cylindrical finger and take the plug (040). 7. Fix the brake cylinder by openings up. 8. Insert a secondary epiploon into the case (22) and press it.
9. Fix the piston (7), insert a lock plate (8) and fix it by a lock ring (5). Make sure that the lock ring (5) is correctly located in a groove of the case (22). |
10. Grease traffic jams (9) with brake fluid and press them in the case (22). Install the tank (10) with one tube on the case (22), turn on 180 ° and then establish the second tube to the case (22). |
