6.3.2. Removal of air from a contour of low pressure of fuel

If the engine stopped owing to full fuel consumption, it is necessary to remove after the carried-out gas station air from a power supply system.
For this purpose, you carry out attempts of start of the engine not longer than on 60 seconds everyone, to achievement of its uniform work.
It is possible that after work or maintenance of a power supply system, air will be required to be removed from a contour of low pressure of fuel by means of the vacuum pump and capacity for collecting diesel fuel.
Removal of air

1. Remove the top covers of the engine, address the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine.

2. Press a lock ring (1) on the gate for removal of air (2) in the direction of an arrow and remove a cap (3). |
3. Press the soaking-up branch pipe of the vacuum pump into the valve for removal of air so that to release it.
4. Attach the pipeline between the soaking-up branch pipe and capacity of the vacuum pump.
5. Attach the pump the vacuum party to capacity.
6. Pump so that fuel flowed in the capacity of the vacuum pump without bubbles.
7. Press a lock ring on the gate of removal of air in the direction of an arrow and disconnect an inlet branch pipe.
8. Insert a cap into the valve of removal of air so that it was recorded.
9. Establish the top covers of the engine, address the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine. |
