5.2.1. Removal and installation of ventilating deflectors

Air channels, nozzles and deflectors

1 — the Ventilating nozzle in the dashboard

5 — Ventilating channels in a back part of salon

Ventilating nozzle in the dashboard

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. It is previously necessary to remove a box of the filter of air of salon.

Before a detachment of a cable find out a protective code of the radio receiver if that is available, address the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.


2. By means of a plastic wedge or a flat knife uncover over a ventilating nozzle and take out clips (arrows on an illustration) from holders. (1) – forward persistent pads.

3. Depending on the equipment disunite the help block socket at the parking or a loudspeaker.

4. Turn out 4 screws (arrows on an illustration) and take out a ventilating nozzle (1) from the dashboard.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. Attach a cable of mass of the rechargeable battery at the switched-off ignition. Install into place a box of the filter of air of salon. If it is necessary, enter a code of the radio receiver and determine time on hours.


The ventilating deflector in the central console

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Press the screw-driver (2) the lower lock hooks (1) at both ventilating deflectors to the right. At the same time incline deflectors up to the end up and release.

2. Turn out screws behind plates (1) of deflectors.

3. Disconnect the screw-driver the top lock hooks at both deflectors and incline deflectors up to the end down.

4. Enter the screw-driver (2) through a crack and insert into a groove of a lock uvula (1).

5. Press a uvula (1) down and disconnect the first deflector.
6. Similarly remove the second deflectors and take out both deflectors from the ventilating channel.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert ventilating deflectors into the canal so that the directing pin entered a reception part in the center of the deflector.
2. Fix deflectors.
3. Release deflectors and incline upward. Enter screws through a groove and screw.


Side left ventilating deflector

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover the block of safety locks sideways at the dashboard, address the Section the Relay and safety locks.
2. Remove group of switches to the left of the control panel, address the Section Removal and installation of group of switches to the left of the control panel.

3. Turn out 2 screws (1) of fastening of the ventilating deflector.

4. Turn out screws and squeeze out the lower part of the dashboard (2) as it is described in the Section Removal and installation of the lower part of the dashboard.

5. Press the screw-driver to the left lock hooks and incline the deflector up to the end down. Enter the screw-driver (2) through a groove, press lock pads (1) down and take out the deflector from the ventilating channel.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert the deflector into the ventilating canal, record and fix by screws.
2. Further installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.


Side right ventilating deflector

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out screws and lower a ware box down as it is described in the Section Removal and installation of a ware box.

Further dismantling corresponds to the same operation for the side left ventilating deflector.

2. Turn out screws of fastening of the deflector.
3. Press the screw-driver to the right lock hooks and incline the deflector up to the end down. Enter the screw-driver (2) through a groove, press lock pads (1) down and take out the deflector from the ventilating channel.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Insert the deflector into the canal, record and fix by screws.
2. Further installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
