Analog output signals

Purpose of the control unit of switching of the check point (N15/6):

· Definition of the working conditions;
· Processing of the entering CAN signals;
· Calculation of working variables;
· Activation of actuation mechanisms;
· Preservation and issue of diagnostic data;
· Processing of the entering analog signals.

Only the N15/6 control unit is capable to make calculation of parameters of switching on the basis of the analysis of the analog signals arriving from information sensors of definition of the chosen transfer, the frequency of rotation of coupling, the course of coupling, request for switching and hydraulic pressure.

The 12+2-contact and 18-contact socket of the control unit is fixed by safety clips.

The main functions of management of ASG are stored in the modular program ECU code where each task is allocated in the separate block. Nevertheless, the interdependence taking place define connectivity of functioning of network.

The period of circulation of blocks is defined by the frequency of the processor and makes about 10 ms.
